Rush orders are accepted for an additional fee. We would love to help you out ! Please contact us to see how we can accommodate your needs.

Does my cake need refrigeration?

We will do our best to ensure your cake will arrive cold. We do recommend keeping your cake refrigerated  to preserve its taste and texture. However, your cake does not need to be placed in refrigeration and will be safe to eat at room temperature for a few days. If you live in a  warm climate or are going to be enjoying your cake on a warm day, your frosting could start to melt or become droopy as it is made of butter.

I have an allergy concern.

California Flour is an in home cottage food bakery. We handle Milk, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans.

If you do not see your allergy listed here and are concerned please contact us.

How do I make a payment?

Deposits are due at time of order placement.

Is there a delivery fee?

You may pick up your order in person for free.

A delivery fee may occur:

What is the latest I can place an order?

We are a small in home operation. Please be aware of the turn around time; larger orders may take longer to process. If you need an order by a specific date, please purchase at least 2 weeks in advance and confirm with us directly to ensure its freshness and availability.

For rush orders or orders involving 2 or more items please inquire as soon as possible.**

My event was canceled can I get a refund ?

Please notify us right away!Deposits are non-refundable.
