California Flour is a Cottage Food bakery located in Pacific Heights of San Francisco. Owned and operated by Jessica Tanger. Jessica is 30 years old. She was born and raised just east of Sacramento, California. In 2013 she moved to the the heart of San Francisco with her boyfriend Christopher and their dog Lucy. In September of 2019 Jessica and Christopher got married. Lucy will be 10 this year (19’).
For the last 12 years she has held a career as a nanny while creating cakes and baked goods for her family and others. She is a self taught baker who found her passion creating baked goods that can make you smile. She hopes that they can be something you can share with friends and loved ones.
